Nordic Acquisitions Manager (Contract)

Join Patreon as a Nordic Acquisitions Manager (Contract) and help drive creator growth in the Nordic regions. You will work directly with creators to launch and grow their memberships on Patreon, offering personalized support and proven best practice strategies. This role requires a deep passion for the creator economy and experience working with creators on monetization strategies.

• Own and drive a robust pipeline of creators, enabling them to launch their memberships on Patreon.
• Leverage your personal network to find points of contact and forge relationships with key players in the creator economy.
• Execute on sequenced acquisition email campaigns on a daily basis and lead sales calls with digital creators.
• Highly motivated, energised by project management, and excels in a fast paced environment working alongside a growing team
• Deep passion for the creator economy, podcasting & the intersection of social video platforms, and creators in general
• Preferred qualifications: experience working with top tier podcast and video creators on YouTube
• Take pride in putting creators first
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance teams and using data-backed strategies to inform strategic decision-making
• 4-5 years of experience working in the creator space, specifically working with creators on monetisation strategies
• Extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times
