Account Based Renewals Representative (DACH)

Join Autodesk as an Account Based Renewals Representative for the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end renewal motions, streamlining workflows, and engaging in customer procurement interactions. You will work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Fluency in German and English is required, and knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Use CRM and renewal tracking systems to automate workflows, analyze data, and flag exceptions
• Customer First: Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and policy development
• Languages: Fluent German and English required, French & Italian would be a plus
• Negotiation: Engage in and lead negotiation tasks, applying creative and strategic techniques
