Senior Account Executive (Expansion, Dutch Speaker)

Join Autodesk as a Senior Account Executive (Expansion, Dutch Speaker) and help grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. In this digital-first inside sales role, you will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts, and activate Fusion's advanced data capabilities. You will work closely with other expansion reps, the land team, and Fusion data specialists to deliver sharp demos and technical validation. The ideal candidate will have a competitive drive, a growth mindset, and experience in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles.

• Identifying and converting expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts to drive incremental subscriptions and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with other sales teams and technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools.
• Competitive drive and a growth mindset that fits a fast-moving team
• Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business
• Interest in cloud native technology, Al driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation
• Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
• Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric
• Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch
