About The Role

Join JFrog, a leading software company, as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will be a key player in driving engagement, alignment, and empowerment across all US departments. You will partner closely with senior HR leaders and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key responsibilities include supporting employees throughout their journey at JFrog, improving HR processes, and assisting with core HR initiatives.

  • Act as a critical bridge for individual contributors and managers across all US departments, ensuring engagement and alignment.
  • Partner closely with Senior HR Business Partners and the VP of HR North America to turn organizational goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Assist with the deployment of core HR initiatives throughout the year, such as engagement, performance & talent management, and learning and development.
  • Collaboration & communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect across diverse, cross-functional groups, translating organizational initiatives into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience leveraging modern HR technologies and AI is highly valued
  • Problem solving & adaptability: The capacity to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with decisive problem-solving. Ability to interpret people analytics and data-driven insights to make informed, evidence-backed recommendations
  • Proactivity & curiosity: Interest in deeply understanding our business and people, paired with a proactive mindset that anticipates talent risks, skills gaps and employee needs
  • Relationship building & high EQ: A proven track record of cultivating authentic relationships and influencing people. Possesses the emotional intelligence to serve as a grounded, human-centric anchor for teams navigating rapid change
  • Relevant knowledge: Familiarity with HR concepts, practices and programs, including relevant labor law
  • Professional experience: 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-tech software environment, showing a clear trajectory toward an HRBP path
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in psychology or related field
