About The Role

Join Kingfisher, a leading home improvement company with a diverse team of over 74,000 passionate individuals. As an Agile Coach, you will support squads in increasing their Agile maturity and enhancing delivery outcomes. You will coach teams on effective Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, with one day per week in the office.

Coaching and teaching squads to successfully run Agile ceremonies and work within Kingfisher Agile processes.
Delivering targeted learning activities in response to feedback and providing squads with data and insights to enable continuous improvement.
Conducting maturity assessments to understand Agile maturity at the squad level and identifying actions to enable increased squad/team success.
