Infrastructure Programme Manager

Join Kingfisher, a leading home improvement company, as an Infrastructure Programme Manager. In this role, you will manage technology programmes with a focus on end-user computing and core data centres. You will be responsible for scoping, building, and delivering programme plans, managing budgets, and leading a team of Project Managers. This position is based in our B&Q office just outside Southampton, with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office.

• Building and maintaining programme and resource plans, ensuring clarity of project scope and accuracy of resource and budget estimations.
• Ensuring effective programme governance is in place, progress is tracked and accurately reported, and programme risks are fully mitigated.
• Managing key stakeholders through effective communication, identifying key issues and providing actionable insights to enable effective decision-making.
