Lead Software Engineer (Java)

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership, working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver business value and drive technical excellence. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, ensuring high standards of code quality, reliability, performance, and security.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business value, while providing technical leadership and support for key architectural decisions.
• Mentor and support other engineers, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, while driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, and engineering practices across the team.
