• Engaging stakeholders to understand priorities and dependencies, and creating the value stream roadmap for the business area.
• Collaborating with external third parties and other Kingfisher teams to plan, determine, and prioritize the implementation of solutions.
• Leading the execution of value-driven initiatives and continuous improvements, ensuring a robust, scalable platform that delivers against both technical and commercial objectives.
