You will lead the Product Chapter strategy, drive standards and best practices, and act as a coach and advisor to Product Chapter members.

• Lead the Product Chapter strategy, objectives, and annual roadmap, driving standards and best practices across Product Management and Product Operations.
• Own and evolve the Product Career Framework across Kingfisher, partnering with stakeholders to define product roles, skills, and career pathways.
• Act as a coach and advisor to Product Chapter members, supporting growth and capability development, and driving continuous improvement in tooling, frameworks, and product delivery methods.
