Staff Content Designer (Investing)

• Collaborer avec les équipes produit et design pour façonner la direction du produit et améliorer l'expérience client.
• Rédiger et réécrire du contenu complexe sur des sujets financiers, en le rendant accessible à la fois aux investisseurs novices et aux traders expérimentés.
• Utiliser l'intelligence artificielle pour augmenter votre impact à chaque étape du cycle de vie du produit, de la recherche à la mise en œuvre.
• Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others
• Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level
• Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques
• Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points
• 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level
• A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly
• Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system
• A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems
