Principal Engineer (Engineering Productivity)

Join NetSkope, a leading security company, as a Principal Engineer in the Engineering Productivity Team. You will own and drive our CI/CD strategy, architecting the next generation of developer tooling and building robust CI/CD infrastructure for complex microservices environments. You will also lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge developer tools and collaborate with internal partner teams. • Architect and drive the CI/CD strategy, focusing on creating a fast, safe, and reliable path to production.
• Build and scale robust CI/CD infrastructure for complex microservices environments, and strategize the continuous deployment of Kubernetes/Docker-based microservices.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge developer tools, including advanced automation and AI-powered solutions, to improve engineering velocity and productivity.
• A proven ability to lead technical strategy, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor other engineers
• Languages: Python, GoLang, knowledge with Java Spring framework would be preferred
• Cloud & Containers: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and experience orchestrating infrastructure for AI/LLM workloads
• AI & Innovation: Experience integrating AI-powered tools, LLMs, or autonomous agents into developer platforms and infrastructure workflows to drive efficiency
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in designing and building CI/CD platforms, with strong emphasis on Continuous Deployments
• CI/CD, IaC & Automation: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm; deployment pipelines using Drone or GitHub Actions. Experience with Spinnaker is a significant advantage
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with an insatiable curiosity and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
