About The Role

Join Novo, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Product Manager. In this high-impact role, you will own the platform surface area that connects, activates, and deepens value for small businesses. You will drive activation in the first 90 days of a customer's tenure, own the end-to-end invoice experience, manage Novo's integration ecosystem, and apply AI to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape the future of SMB banking.

  • Strong data proficiencyable to write clear measurement plans, instrument funnels, evaluate experiment results, and distinguish conclusive from directional signals with hands-on experience running A/B tests using modern tooling (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Technical acumen sufficient to partner effectively with engineering: comfort with API concepts, integration architecture, and the ability to write clear specs and make informed tradeoff decisions without being the one writing the code
  • Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product work generating content, analyzing data, prototyping features with sound judgment about where AI adds real value and where it introduces risk, particularly in a regulated financial services context
  • Experience shipping in a regulated environment, working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to meet security, privacy, and financial services standards
  • Deep familiarity with SMB customer needs, financial workflows invoicing, accounting, payments, cash flow and the small business software ecosystem; recognized as a domain resource who can guide teams on what matters and why
  • Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and aligning teams around platform decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and shipping platform, tooling, or integration products in fintech, financial services, or SMB-focused technology with the ability to define a compelling product vision for your area, translate it into a prioritized roadmap, and build buy-in across engineering, design, and leadership
  • Proven ability to turn customer insight into product decisions: experience running discovery, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals, and making prioritization tradeoffs that are defensible with data and grounded in user reality
  • Bachelor's degree required; analytical, technical, or business background preferred
