Commercial Solutions Engineer Intern (Oct-Jan)

• Support the Solutions Engineering team in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations, gaining hands-on exposure to the technical side of the sales process.
• Assist in creating customer-facing documentation and value materials that clearly communicate how our solutions solve customer problems.
• Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual work for the team, and support the planning and delivery of webinars and customer enablement sessions.
• The ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, deliver engaging presentations, and write clear, persuasive proposals and documentation
• A basic understanding of technical aspects of cybersecurity, and a demonstrated interest in areas such as malware prevention, data loss prevention, network security, cloud security, identity security, forensics and incident response, threat hunting, and security operations and intelligence
• An interest in working with customers, along with the ability to demonstrate leadership skills
• A proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs, and strong analytical skills
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environments
• Overall, successful candidates possess a unique blend of technical curiosity, communication skills, customer focus, and a drive to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs
• Currently working towards a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python) is a plus
