About The Role
Join our team as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our web experimentation program. You will analyze user behavior, develop test ideas, manage the testing roadmap, and ensure the successful execution of experiments. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in behavioral analytics tools, and experience in CRO or digital marketing. - Ownership of the day-to-day execution of the web experimentation program, including the full testing lifecycle from research to reporting.
- Conducting behavioral research and analysis to identify friction points and conversion opportunities, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Managing the testing roadmap and pipeline execution, ensuring that every test is well-designed, rigorously tracked, and thoroughly documented.

- Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (FullStory, Hotjar, or equivalent) and comfort with heatmaps and session recordings
- Strong written communication skills - able to write clear hypotheses, experiment briefs, and post-test reports
- Working knowledge of GA4 for funnel analysis and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing A/B tests in an experimentation platform (Webflow Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
- 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics
- Organized and process-oriented, with experience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret experiment data and translate it into actionable recommendations
