About The Role

Join SentinelOne, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Principal AI Engineering Architect. In this critical role, you will lead the development and deployment of next-generation AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. You will drive the strategy and execution for our core AI platforms, directly impacting our ability to deliver industry-leading protection to our customers. You will also serve as a key contributor to the Architecture Board, define strategies to support cross-domain requirements, and mentor distributed teams.

  • Lead the development and deployment of next-generation AI-powered cybersecurity solutions, translating cutting-edge AI research into production-grade products.
  • Drive the strategy and execution for core AI platforms, impacting the ability to deliver industry-leading protection to customers.
  • Oversee the establishment of best practices for MLOps, security, and performance monitoring to ensure the reliability and efficacy of AI defense mechanisms.

  • Proven track record of delivering multiple high-scale, production-ready AI or data products from concept through deployment and maintenance
  • Experience in endpoint security, OS concepts, or a related field with comparable large-scale event processing and real-time processing challenges
  • 15 or more years of progressive experience in software or machine learning engineering
  • Expert-level knowledge of Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Pydantic), cloud-native MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow), and large-scale data processing technologies, including hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and operating in cloud environments, especially AWS and Google Cloud
  • Deep expertise in building highly available, low-latency machine learning systems, including experience with machine learning workflows and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and retain top-tier AI engineering talent
