Senior Tax Analyst

About The Role
Join our team as a Senior Tax Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end tax compliance for our cybersecurity business. You will collaborate closely with various departments, support the global tax provision, and assist with unique tax considerations in the technology sector. - Assister à la préparation et à la révision des déclarations de revenus des sociétés fédérales, étatiques et locales des États-Unis et des paiements d'impôts estimés en collaboration avec les prestataires de services fiscaux externes.
- Participer au calcul et au maintien de la provision fiscale mondiale trimestrielle et annuelle conformément à l'ASC 740, y compris les positions fiscales incertaines.
- Gérer la conformité en matière de taxes de vente et d'utilisation multi-états des États-Unis pour les produits SaaS et logiciels (y compris l'analyse du nexus économique).
- Familiarity with the U.S. sales and use taxes nexus and compliance and cross-border SaaS taxation
- Proactive approach to staying current on tax law changes impacting the technology sector and AI automation
- Prior involvement in M&A tax diligence or integration is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on experience with ASC 740 tax provision
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Active or pursuing CPA license, master’s degree in taxation (MST) or MBA is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing multiple deadlines
- Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar); Experience with Avalara, or similar sales tax automation tools
- Clear communicator and Collaborative team player; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of the U.S. federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance
- Experience with IP/intangible asset structuring in a tech environment
- International tax experience including transfer pricing, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Pillar 2
- Familiarity with R&D tax credits and Section 174 capitalization rules
- 3-4+ years of tax experience from Big 4 or large regional firm experience serving technology clients public accounting or from a technology / SaaS company
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with frequent organizational changes
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret ambiguous regulatory guidance
