About The Role

Join our fast-paced startup as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this hands-on role, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the executive team, manage the CEO's calendar and travel plans, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Mountain View office. You will also assist with internal and external communications, planning and execution of operational projects, and workspace planning. This position offers a hybrid work environment, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive health benefits.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Mountain View office, ensuring a welcoming, productive, and efficient environment.
  • Assist with planning and execution of operational and administrative projects across the company, and help improve efficiency and organization.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, remain curious and resourceful, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
  • Strong AI literacy and comfortable using AI in day-to-day workflows
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or founders
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools
  • Great judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Direct support of a CEO or founder
  • Background managing office operations or workplace coordination
  • Track record coordinating travel and complex scheduling across time zones
  • Strong project coordination or operational support background
  • Exeperience in helping build internal processes and improving organizational efficiency
  • High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills
