About The Role
Join Samaya, a fast-growing startup in the AI and data platform space. As a Product Marketer, you will play a central role in bringing our products to market for a highly technical enterprise audience. You will own core product marketing work, including feature launches, positioning, messaging, and enablement content. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a background in AI, financial services, or technical product categories. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with potential for growth into people management.

- Clear communication - strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and business audiences
- Relevant category experience - experience in AI, financial services, data platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, analytics, or similarly technical product categories
- AI fluency - demonstrated AI fluency in a concrete way, such as building, testing, or integrating AI-driven workflows into how you work
- Asset creation - strength in building high-quality launch materials, emails, enablement content, customer-facing materials, and other go-to-market assets
- Technical translation - a track record of turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and credible messaging
- Launch ownership - strong ownership of feature or product launches in fast-moving software companies where you have owned everything from creative to metrics
- Cross-functional partnership - proven ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership
- Technical product depth - proven success marketing highly technical products to enterprise audiences
- AI and enterprise software experience – experience marketing products in AI, data infrastructure, analytics, developer tools, or other technical enterprise software categories
- Financial services exposure – familiarity marketing into financial services, investment firms, or highly analytical end-user audiences
- Broad marketing experience – experience contributing across content, campaigns, customer storytelling, and sales enablement
- People leadership experience – prior experience managing people or mentoring teammates in a fast-moving environment
- Sound judgment - you know when to decide, when to escalate, and how to keep stakeholders aligned
- Commercially aware - you understand how messaging, launches, and enablement connect to go-to-market outcomes
- Resourceful and proactive - you thrive in lean environments, spot what needs to be done, and move work forward without waiting for perfect direction
- Creative and Analytical - you love being creative but you know you have to measure for it to count - you are metrics oriented with a healthy dose of right brain
- Leadership-oriented - you may have managed people before, or you’re interested in growing into people leadership over time

- Highly adaptable - you’re comfortable moving across product marketing, content, enablement, campaigns, and broader marketing needs
- Strong communicator - you can make technical ideas understandable without oversimplifying them
