Director of Product Management (Platform, Security & Enterprise Readiness)

Join Workato as the Director of Product Management, where you will lead the strategy for Platform, Security, and Enterprise Readiness. This high-impact role focuses on building the foundation for enterprise adoption at scale, including secure deployments, governance, compliance, observability, and global infrastructure. You will define how large, regulated, and global organizations adopt Workato for mission-critical workloads, unlocking new enterprise and regulated markets.

• Experience with taking products through FedRAMP certification is a plus
• You bring 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform, security, or infrastructure products
• You are familiar with SIEM tools and SOC workflows
• You have built or managed developer platforms or platform APIs
• You have experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms
• You are comfortable working across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and GTM teams
• You have experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms used by large organizations
• You can translate complex enterprise requirements into simple, scalable, and adoptable product experiences
• You have deep familiarity with identity and access systems, including SAML, SCIM, and RBAC models
• You understand enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements
• You have experience supporting global SaaS deployments across multiple regions
