• Exploring and developing advanced AI techniques, including workflow-aware planning and multi-agent collaboration.
• Prototyping and benchmarking AI models, and presenting findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to implement research-backed features and contributing to open-source projects.
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Strong publication record in top-tier ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or demonstrable impactful experimental work; hands‑on experience with large‑scale model training, transformer architectures, reinforcement‑learning techniques, and CUDA
• Hands‑on with PyTorch/JAX and modern LLM frameworks
• Curiosity‑driven and self‑directed
• Team player who welcomes feedback and knowledge‑sharing
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non‑experts
