Software Engineer (AI Agent Platforms)

• Contribuer à la construction et à l'amélioration de services backend évolutifs qui traitent le travail de manière fiable dans des environnements distribués.
• Développer des API, des intégrations et des outils orientés développeur, y compris des services en temps réel, des passerelles et des interfaces en ligne de commande.
• Participer à l'ensemble du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, de la mise en œuvre et des tests au déploiement, à la surveillance et à l'amélioration continue.
• Strong proficiency in Python or another modern programming language, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Experience building or supporting developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, CLIs, or developer platforms is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of backend software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience deploying or supporting applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and exposure to Kubernetes, containers, or modern infrastructure tooling is desirable
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, streaming, or asynchronous processing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI applications, RAG, MCP, or agentic systems is a strong plus
• Experience building backend services or APIs, preferably in cloud environments
• Experience with observability tools, logging, metrics, or debugging production systems is a plus
• AI-native—uses modern AI development tools (such as Claude Code or similar) to improve productivity and engineering workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in building reliable, scalable software
• Product-minded and curious about how technical decisions impact developer experience and end users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams
• Demonstrates ownership by taking features from implementation through delivery while collaborating effectively with teammates
