About The Role
Join Workato, a leading integration and automation platform, as a Staff Product Manager for developer tools. In this strategic role, you will drive the vision and execution of next-generation AI-powered automation and integration tools. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities to delivering solutions that empower developers. This role requires a deep understanding of developer ergonomics and a proven track record in developer experience.

- Transformar las ideas de los desarrolladores y los requisitos comerciales en documentos de requisitos del producto (PRD), historias de usuario y especificaciones técnicas.
- Strong product instincts for developer platforms, with a clear point of view on what differentiates winning products (DX, capabilities, ecosystem, distribution)
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM or agent-based development workflows (e.g., orchestration, prompt iteration, evaluation, observability)
- Hands-on experience building or managing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, or extensibility frameworks, with an understanding of how these impact real developer workflows
- Experience driving adoption with external developers, including improving key stages of the funnel: discover → try → activate → scale
- Awareness of how developer workflows are evolving (AI copilots, APIs-first development, faster iteration cycles), with a perspective on where things are headed
- Demonstrated developer empathy, grounded in observing and improving real workflows (e.g., working with APIs, CI/CD, logs, IDEs)
- Comfortable going deep with engineering on system design and tradeoffs, including constraints, scalability, and abstraction decisions
- 7+ years in product management, including owning a developer-facing product or platform end-to-end—from defining the vision to shipping and iterating
- Active participation in developer communities through writing, speaking, or open-source contributions
- Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered applications and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Experience with integration, automation, or MLOps platforms
- You are a strategic thinker who can connect technology with business impact and craft a compelling product narrative
- You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments
