AI Product Engineer

Join Speak as an AI Product Engineer and play a crucial role in revolutionizing language learning. Your responsibilities will include evaluating models, testing prompts, and enhancing various product features. • Développer et déployer des produits d'apprentissage des langues alimentés par des modèles d'apprentissage des langues (LLMs) à travers l'ensemble de la pile technologique.
• Collaborer de manière transversale avec d'autres équipes d'ingénierie, d'apprentissage automatique appliqué, de produit, de design et de contenu pour affiner le processus de construction d'applications LLM.
• Améliorer la qualité et les performances des fonctionnalités existantes alimentées par l'IA au sein de Speak, en mettant en œuvre des meilleures pratiques pour le prompting, l'expérimentation et l'évaluation.
• You have real-world experience developing and deploying LLM apps and a strong understanding, gained through experience, of what works and what doesn't
• Experience with LLM Ops and tools (e.g., vector databases, RAG, prompt ops)
• A keen intuition for improving performance and output quality of LLM systems
• Strong product intuition — the ability to think broadly and cross-functionally about innovative LLM-powered capabilities and product experiences
• You may have participated in LLM hackathons, developed several side projects, experimented with different types of models, and use ChatGPT daily
• 3-5+ years of experience in full stack/backend, product-focused software engineering
• Proficiency in React/Node/Typescript and Python
• Interest in building with LLMs
• Ability to work independently and build at a high velocity
