Lead Product Analyst

Join Speak as a Lead Product Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in understanding user engagement with our apps. You will drive product strategy through quantitative research, design new features, and inform the product roadmap. Additionally, you will build and maintain core company data events and tables, create company-level dashboards, and analyze A/B tests. • Conduire la stratégie produit en proposant et en menant des recherches quantitatives sur les comportements et les tendances des utilisateurs.
• Concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités et informer la feuille de route du produit grâce à l'analyse, en aidant à définir les métriques pour chaque étape du parcours utilisateur.
• Construire et maintenir les événements et tables de données de l'entreprise, ainsi que les tableaux de bord produits et commerciaux au niveau de l'entreprise.
• Solid background in running multivariate product experiments to optimize a product or revenue flow
• 5-10 years of experience using analytics to drive key product business decisions
• Proven track record of working autonomously and proactively engaging with business stakeholders
• Significant experience with SQL
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to analytical tasks such as data synthesis, hypothesis generation, and productivity acceleration
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and common analytical techniques like regression and decision trees
