About The Role

Join Acai, a cutting-edge travel technology company, as a Senior AI Product Manager. In this role, you will own the AI Travel Agent product, leading discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery across the full post-booking servicing stack. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to deliver outcomes and drive cross-functional alignment. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior PM with experience in travel technology and a passion for AI.

  • Own the end-to-end development and delivery of the AI Travel Agent product, focusing on post-booking servicing and shaping pre-booking functionalities.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts to identify operational workflows and commercial signals, translating them into product requirements for the engineering team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure successful product outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can write a tight PRD, a clear decision memo, and a customer-facing release note with equal precision. You move teams forward through ambiguity by being unambiguous yourself
  • Professional experience in travel tech or airline distribution. You have hands-on experience in travel, flights, or GDS-heavy domains. You understand airline distribution and pricing logic, how PNRs are structured, how fare rules govern exchanges and refunds, and what post-booking servicing workflows look like in practice. This is a requirement, not a preference
  • Bias toward shipping. You optimize for outcomes, not process. You know when to add structure and when to remove it
  • Native-like in English. Spanish is a plus
  • 4+ years as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of shipping features end-to-end and moving real metrics
  • Customer-obsessed. You're energized by spending time with real users — listening, watching, and translating what you see into product decisions
  • Technical range. You can read and write API specs, engage directly with backend engineers on integration and architecture decisions, and translate complex technical constraints into clear product trade-offs
  • Deep GDS fluency. You can engage credibly on Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport command logic, NDC vs. EDIFACT trade-offs, and the realities of schedule change and IRROPS handling. You don't need an engineer to translate the domain for you
  • Experience with LLMs — prompting, evaluation, metrics
  • Experience with Linear
  • Experience building products with AI/ML components
  • Familiarity with PSS systems (Altea, Navitaire, Nevio, etc)
