Wellness Officer (Madrid)

Join our team as a Wellness Officer in Madrid, where you will play a crucial role in promoting our Wellness culture and enhancing the customer experience. You will lead rejuvenating wellness sessions, collaborate with our operations team, and serve as an ambassador for Wellness. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have experience in group classes, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Maintaining the Wellness culture at the heart of the Comet experience, notably through the facilitation of rejuvenating wellness sessions.
• Teaching the Discovery of Wellness sessions and promoting customized sessions on specific themes.
• Collaborating with the Comet teams to develop the Wellness pole and enrich customer experience.

In a nutshell: you will be at the heart of the reactor and will actively participate in the development of our shuttle!

You are the right person for us if

• 🎯 you are bi(+)lingual English-Spanish, and you are not afraid to speak in public (in front of 3 to 100+ participants). French is a "plus" ! :)
• 🧘‍♀️you are a yoga teacher or you master other relaxation/somatic movement techniques
• 🎀 you have at least 2 years of experience in group classes, in a studio and/or in a company
• 🔥 you are able to lead movement and meditation workshops adapted to the corporate world (standing or in a chair, in professional clothing)
• 🚀 you know how to adapt your expertise and your speech to a public of beginners, in order to relax or energize them and help them reach their meeting objectives
• 🤝you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to address all types of audiences/corporate levels
• 👊 you have a true entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, dynamic, proactive and keen to develop skills in a fast growing structure
• 🗓 You are available full time from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
• 🙃 You are friendly, outgoing and professional :)
