[VO2 USA] Program Manager for Clientelling/CRM/IT solutions (junior/inter)

You will lead Agile and Scrum practices, maintain project roadmaps, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, and act as the main point of contact for clients and partners. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with proven experience in software project management and strong leadership skills.

• Lead Agile and Scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies; coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, sprint metrics, and milestones; prepare status updates for stakeholders, and identify and mitigate risks.
