Founder Associate Intern @Hexa (WTF Studio)

Join Hexa, a leading venture studio, as a Founder Associate Intern. You will work directly with experienced entrepreneurs, assisting in market analysis, launching new ventures, and supporting existing portfolio companies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and venture capital while making a tangible impact on multiple startups.

• Participer à la stratégie et à la validation des idées de marché, en effectuant des analyses approfondies.
• Aider à lancer de nouvelles entreprises en assemblant des équipes et en les soutenant dans la recherche de clients.
• Agir en tant qu'équipe d'intervention pour les startups en portefeuille, en aidant les fondateurs à surmonter les obstacles critiques.

**Profil recherché**

• **Available for 6 months**, starting ASAP.
• **Education:** End-of-studies or Gap Year (Top Business or Engineering School).
• **Experience:** You have at least one experience in **VC, Consulting, M&A**, or (ideally) at an **early-stage startup**.
• **High Agency:** You are self-directed. When faced with the unknown, you research, learn, and execute without needing a roadmap.
• **Generalist “Killer”:** You are comfortable discussing strategy with Raphaël in the morning and scraping emails for a Founder in the afternoon.
• **Resilient:** You thrive in chaos and ambiguity.
• **Language:** Native or bilingual proficiency in **English.** French is a plus, but not required.
