Software Engineer @Panora (backed by Hexa)

Join Panora, a startup revolutionizing the insurance industry with AI-powered agents. As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with the founders and a small engineering team to build, improve, and scale Panora's core product. You'll have ownership over meaningful parts of the product and contribute to architecture and engineering best practices.

• Concevoir, construire et expédier des fonctionnalités de produit utilisées quotidiennement par les courtiers en assurance.
• Améliorer les flux de travail existants et en construire de nouveaux sur la plateforme, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs pour transformer les retours des clients en améliorations du produit.
• Construire des services backend, des intégrations et des flux de travail alimentés par l'IA, en écrivant un code de production propre, maintenable et fiable.

We're looking for a builder who enjoys shipping products and working closely with a small, highly collaborative team.

• You've already had a first experience building and shipping production software in a startup or product-driven environment.
• You're comfortable with backend development (TypeScript/Node.js or equivalent) and enjoy solving real engineering problems.
• You've worked with APIs, cloud infrastructure or data-intensive applications.
• You're curious about AI and excited to build products powered by modern AI systems.
• You're comfortable joining an existing codebase and improving it incrementally.
• You care about building reliable products that create value for users.
• You enjoy ownership, learning fast and working in an ambitious, fast-moving environment.
