About The Role

Join Twilio as a Staff Solutions Architect for Opportunity LifeCycle Management. In this role, you will collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies. You will design and implement scalable solutions, develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes, and lead projects to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage the opportunity lifecycle.   • Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies.
  • Design and implement solutions including front end, backend processes, 3rd party integrations, data model and pipeline ensuring scalability and system health.
  • Lead projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage Lead routing, Lead management, Lead to Opportunity, Forecasting and the Opportunity lifecycle.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation experience with managing Usage based selling
  • Salesforce Application Architect Experience: 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and SalesCloud implementations
  • Strong Communication & Documentation: Demonstrated ability to capture thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, highly detailed documentation
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans
  • OLM Tool Expertise: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, APEX, Object oriented programing concepts, Data modelling, Event platforms and Batch processes, Integration patterns etc
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Influence & Assertiveness: Proven track record of operating as a strategic partner who can constructively challenge stakeholders and leadership in the interest of system scalability and long-term sustainability
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce B2B Solution Architect, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Developer I certifications. (Salesforce Application/System Architect or Developer certifications are highly preferred )
  • We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and integration middleware like Mulesoft, Workato or <Tray.io>
  • Large Scale Operations: Experience designing and building within Salesforce for a massive user base (2,000+ users)
