Technical Recruiter

Join AnySignal as a Technical Recruiter and play a crucial role in scaling our world-class team of engineers, operators, and innovators. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This hands-on role requires at least 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or engineering-heavy environments.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles, with emphasis on sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and maintain structured interview processes.
• Drive pipeline volume and throughput consistently while maintaining a high rate of success on interview pass through and offer acceptance.
• At least 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (preferably in high-growth tech, aerospace, or engineering-heavy environments)
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical or hard-to-fill roles
• Previous experience recruiting in ITAR or other highly regulated industries
• Strong command of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or equivalent ATS)
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, scaling company
• Experience recruiting in AnySignal’s core disciplines — RF engineering, embedded systems, software engineering, or aerospace hardware
