HR & Legal Manager - F/M/NB

Join an ambitious international video game studio as an HR & Legal Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end administrative and social HR management, leading employee relations and compensation strategy, and acting as the company's primary legal business partner. You will work closely with the Finance Department, Executive Management, and legal counsels in a fast-growing international environment. The position is based in Paris, with remote work possible.

• Assurer la gestion administrative et sociale des ressources humaines, y compris les contrats, les absences et le suivi de la législation du travail.
• Diriger les relations avec les employés et la stratégie de rémunération, y compris l'organisation et la gestion du CSE (comité social et économique).
• Agir en tant que partenaire juridique principal de l'entreprise, en rédigeant, en examinant et en gérant les accords commerciaux et contractuels.

• Mandatory
• Master's degree in Law, with a focus on labour/social law
• 3 to 5 years of experience in labour law and/or generalist HR
• Experience supporting or participating in CSE and NAO processes
• Nice to have
• Solid knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting
• Familiarity with intellectual property matters
• Experience in the gaming or tech industry
