Technical Account Manager Entreprise

Join Scaleway, a leading European cloud computing company, as a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise customers. In this role, you will be the primary technical partner for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring successful adoption of Scaleway services and orchestrating collaboration with internal teams. You will work closely with various departments, including Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to deliver high-quality service and ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution.

• Assurer le succès technique et la livraison opérationnelle des clients d'entreprise, maximiser leur adoption de la plateforme Scaleway.
• Agir en tant que conseiller technique de confiance pour un portefeuille de clients d'entreprise, coordonner les efforts internes pour garantir la réussite des projets.
