Client Services - Operations Consultant

Join Murex, a leading provider of software solutions for the capital markets. As a Client Services - Operations Consultant, you will support and advise European clients in their use of the Murex platform, ensuring smooth operation and evolution of the platform for Back Office users. You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver training sessions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. This role offers opportunities for travel and direct client engagement in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.

• Support clients in using and configuring the Murex platform, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
• Collaborate with internal product and development teams to deliver fixes and new features, and participate in projects of modernization, migration, and module implementation.
• Deliver training sessions and act as a trusted advisor, presenting platform evolutions and contributing to client governance strategies.

**Your profile/Who you are**​

• *You hold a Master’s degree from a top-tier engineering school or university, with a focus on financial markets and/or mathematics.*
• *You are curious about IT and software development, with knowledge of Unix, SQL, Oracle/Sybase being a plus.*
• *You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.*
• *You are client-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.*
• *You thrive in a collaborative, multicultural, and international environment.*
• *You are fluent in English and open to travel across Europe.*
