Client Services - Trading Consultant

Join our client services team as a Trading Consultant, where you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of our platform, providing support and delivery services to clients, and contributing to upgrade and implementation projects. You will also conduct training, assist clients on-site, and work on internal product evolution. A background in engineering or financial engineering, along with skills in SQL, Unix, and client-facing communication, is required.

• Provide support and delivery services to clients on expertise domain according to Murex standards.
• Contribute to the build phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member.
• Manage defect correction and product enhancement, and conduct trainings for clients.

**Your profile/Who you are?**

• Engineering degree or Master, first experience is appreciated
• Financial Engineering knowledge is a plus
• SQL and Unix.
• Python, C++ is a plus.
• Client-facing skills and fluent in English.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Ability to take initiatives and work in autonomy.
• Good communication skills and interactions with others.
