Solution for Customization Consultant

Join our client services team as a Customization Consultant. You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of our platform in the client's environment, providing technical and functional support related to the integration of the Murex system. You will also manage client service calls, participate in system version upgrades, conduct training sessions, and develop an understanding of ongoing activities. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in computer science or market finance, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid technical background.

• Support clients in implementing Murex within their ecosystem and take part in the business as usual and project support.
• Manage clients’ service calls in compliance with internal lifecycle including testing in case of functional changes initiated.
• Participate in the system version upgrades then perform upgrades and run the required regression testing.

**Your profile :**

• Graduated from a Master degree (Engineering school or a university) in computer science and/or market finance with a first experience
• Marked test for problem solving
• English (spoken and written)
• Solid technical baggage and familiar with distributed architectures, databases (SQL) and one or several programming languages (scripting, object oriented)
• Interpersonal skills : ability to mobilise and convince
• Flexibility and ability to manage stressful and pressure situations (production phase, client priorities)
• Dynamism, rigor, team spirit
• Open to travel
