Growth Strategist

Join LTK, the largest influencer marketing platform, as a Growth Strategist. In this manager-level role, you will independently lead complex growth initiatives, translate data and market signals into action, and influence cross-functional partners to improve outcomes for creators, brands, and LTK. You will own the post-onboarding growth strategy for a defined set of priority brands and partner closely with various internal teams to identify opportunities, remove friction, and scale high-value commercial growth.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in creator-led marketing, digital partnerships, account growth, campaign strategy or a related commercial function
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive execution without direct people management
• Experience owning or materially influencing brand growth, platform adoption or creator strategy
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance signals, trends and commercial outcomes
