As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of AI-powered cybersecurity, working directly with security practitioners, product leaders, and technology partners. You'll help shape the market's understanding of an emerging category, influence product strategy, and turn real-world security outcomes into compelling narratives.   • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the SOC tech stack — SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, TIP, IAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, ITSM — and the high-level trade-offs that come with each
  • Fluent in the SOC buying committee: you've marketed to or reported to CISOs, Directors, Architects, or Engineers, and you understand how they each think about risk, budget, and tooling decisions
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, unphased by ambiguity
  • Strong enough technical grounding to have a substantive conversation with a detection engineer
  • 5+ years of product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, analyst relations, technical marketing, or related cybersecurity experience
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to create concise, compelling content for diverse audiences (C-suite executives, technical practitioners) and formats (executive roundtables, technical blogs)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • Willing to travel 10% (US travel)
  • Former practitioner-turned-marketer with hands-on threat detection, incident response, or detection engineering experience
  • Experience working within a SOC or closely supporting SOC teams
  • Understanding of how AI and LLMs are changing both attacker tradecraft (TTPs) and defender workflows
  • Comfortable with scripting and enjoy using AI/agent tooling to improve efficiency
  • Familiarity with detection engineering principles, telemetry requirements, detection validation, and ATT&CK-aligned coverage measurement
