About The Role
Join our team as the Group People Operations Manager, where you'll lead and inspire the People Operations team to deliver exceptional service and drive operational excellence. You'll take ownership of all People Operations processes, ensuring they're executed seamlessly and to the highest standards. Additionally, you'll establish strong governance and controls, collaborate closely with partners in Finance, Legal, IT, and the wider People team, and manage all aspects of compensation and benefits delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the employee experience and drive continuous improvement in our People Operations processes.
- Lead and inspire the People Operations team, empowering them to deliver exceptional service with a focus on accuracy, simplicity, and compliance.
- Take ownership of all People Operations processes, from onboarding to payroll and benefits, ensuring they're executed seamlessly and to the highest standards.
- Drive operational excellence by continuously improving, standardizing, and documenting our processes, making them efficient, user-centred, and audit-ready.
- Proficient in HR software systems for data management reporting and insights
- Effective stakeholder communication and influencing skills
- Strong people leadership and performance management skills
- Expert understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to international and/or high growth-driven, fast-paced organisations
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient People processes
- Hands-on experience managing international payroll
- Experience managing and developing teams of 3-5 People Coordinators
- Proven experience as a People Lead or People Operations Manager
- Strong track record of leading governance, compliance, or audit readiness in HR
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or a Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD) advantageous
- Ability to simplify complexity and create scalable, user-friendly processes. String coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver through others
