As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, ensure a consistent candidate experience, and help evolve our recruiting systems. Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing - across multiple concurrent searches spanning technical and go-to-market roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build structured interview processes, and sharpen how we position Middesk in a competitive talent market.
Help evolve our recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale.
Team-first mindset and a positive attitude; no task is too big or too small
Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent
Proactive use of the AI-enabled recruiting tech stack, with a focus on continuous improvement
3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to both technical and business roles
High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment
Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates
