Revenue Operations Associate

Join Middesk as a Revenue Operations Associate, where you'll own and evolve the revenue organization's operations. In this high-autonomy role, you'll build automations, internal tools, and intelligent workflows using AI to reduce manual work and provide real-time visibility into pipeline and performance. You'll work closely with various tools and systems, design and automate core operational processes, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the customer lifecycle. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communicator with executive presence who is comfortable presenting recommendations and framing trade-offs to senior stakeholders
• Smart, analytical, and strategic – you can break down ambiguous problems, identify the right question to ask, and translate data into clear recommendations
• 2-4 years of experience in a rigorous, fast-paced environment – RevOps, Bizops, strategy, consulting, or a comparable role where you owned complex cross-functional work
• Genuinely AI-native: you don't just use AI tools, you build with them. Automations, internal tools, prompt systems, or integrations that solve real problems without needing an engineer
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to own the full RevOps surface area including systems, process design, reporting, and AI tooling, with high autonomy
• You move fast, context-switch well, and thrive in environments where the work isn't always defined for you
