You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, ensure a consistent candidate experience, and help evolve our recruiting systems and processes. • Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing - across multiple concurrent searches for Middesk’s Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build structured interview processes, and sharpen how we position Middesk in a competitive talent market.
• Help evolve our recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale.
• Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent
• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting technical talent
• High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment
• Proactive use of the AI-enabled recruiting tech stack, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Team-first mindset and a positive attitude; no task is too big or too small
