About The Role

Facilitate in any request for "pull in" shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team.
Facilitate in distribution of daily safety stock activity based on Internal CMI program between Inside Sales, Planning & Shipping team.
Daily review reservation / stage report & pro-actively advise and provide guideline to FG team to take an appropriate action in timely manner.
Involve in QTR End closing and update Risk Assessment Report.
Involve in PI Count audit and support supervisor for adhoc cases.
Plan logistic requirement with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holiday & whenever shipping support is needed.
Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Clean room and Housekeeping guidelines.
Provide support to superior / reporting manager for any new task given.
