Senior Team Lead, HR Operations Specialist

Job Short Description: Lead a team within HRSS and provide timely, high-quality HR support to employees and managers across the Rest of Asia (ROA). This role is an operational hands-on role and includes leading the team, handling cases, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring HR requests and transactions are completed accurately and on time. The role also manages issue escalation, improves HR processes, and works closely with the HR Operations team, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and consistent HR services. To succeed in this role, you should be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel when needed is also required.
