About The Role

Join Crusoe's Finance team as a Lead Financial Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving Financial Planning & Analysis for our rapidly growing digital infrastructure offering. You will serve as an embedded finance partner to the digital infrastructure organization, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement. This role requires a strong background in Real Estate Portfolio Management and a results-driven mindset.

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts for Crusoe's digital infrastructure offering, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Act as a primary finance liaison to cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational realities align with corporate planning and liquidity forecasts.
  • Support the real estate investment team in reviewing project models, analyzing capital structures, and making capital allocation decisions.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
  • A strong understanding of capital allocation frameworks
  • Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools
  • Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy
  • Strong sector experience or knowledge within Data Center infrastructure and/or Real Estate is required
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments
  • Team player who can work well independently and with limited direction
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC
  • Superior presentation and slide-building skills. You have a proven ability to distill complex, multi-variable financial outcomes into clear, strategic takeaways
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, or corporate finance in a capital intensive environment
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high-quality output under pressure
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence. High degree of professionalism, intellectual curiosity
