Project Coordinator (Spark)
Crusoe Energy Systems · Denver, United States
About The Role
Join our team as a Project Coordinator for the Spark modular datacenter deployment and product development projects. In this role, you will support multiple Technical Project Managers by managing administrative processes, document control, and project coordination. You will be responsible for organizing and updating project-related documents, coordinating design and submittal reviews, scheduling meetings, tracking budgets and costs, and identifying process improvements. This is an administrative and document control role with high growth potential.
- Organizing, managing, and updating project-related documents to ensure version control and accessibility.
- Scheduling and facilitating recurring and ad hoc project team meetings and design reviews, preparing agendas, capturing salient points and actions.
- Maintaining project cost trackers and supporting the preparation of project financial summaries.
- We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a bias toward action, and is energized by the complexity of physical infrastructure projects. Rather than waiting to be told what needs tracking, you build the system, maintain it, and continuously improve processes to support exceptional project execution
- Team Collaboration: Must be a dedicated team player, willing to take on additional roles and responsibilities as needed to support project success
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication. You can take complex information and distill it into organized summaries for different audiences without losing accuracy
- Bias Toward Action Balanced with Sound Judgement: You demonstrate a bias toward action by identifying what’s needed, make reasonable assumptions, confirm with the right people, and get moving
- Organizational Mastery & Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to not only create and maintain organizational structures, but also create the process documentation and training for end users and your customers. You catch details that others miss and seek clarification to fill in the gaps
- PM Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one scheduling tool (Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar), one project management tool (preferably Jira), and one or more document control & review systems (BlueBeam, ProCore). Comfortable building and maintaining trackers and dashboards from scratch
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or document control functions, ideally in a related physical-world and technical industry
- Positive Attitude & Eagerness to Learn: Exhibits a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple project managers simultaneously across concurrent projects
- Experience with pre-construction or construction administration
- Familiarity with data center, modular infrastructure, or energy deployment environments
- Exposure to procurement or supply chain tracking for hardware or capital equipment
