About The Role

Join Crusoe's Business Operations team as a Senior Manager of Business Operations. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge executive strategy and operational execution, drive critical cross-functional initiatives, and help establish Crusoe's M&A integration function. You will own problems end-to-end, lead high-priority initiatives, build the M&A integration playbook, provide analysis and insights, improve operating rhythm and processes, and tackle ad-hoc projects. This position offers comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and mental wellness resources.

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives that drive alignment and business outcomes across energy, infrastructure, cloud, and SG&A.
  • Help build Crusoe’s M&A integration function by creating standardized playbooks, workflows, and structures to execute deals rapidly and capture their full value.
  • Design and roll out operational frameworks and processes that improve how Crusoe plans, makes decisions, and executes.
  • We're seeking a results-driven operator with 8+ years of experience who is energized by fast-moving environments where the playbook hasn't been written yet
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams without direct authority
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role at a high-growth technology or capital-intensive company
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping through execution
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights to senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience running M&A integrations (not just advising on them) including building playbooks, work-plans, managing cross-functional work-streams, and tracking against milestones
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
  • Experience in businesses related to artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and/or AI chip development
  • Experience with consumption-based or capital intensive business models
