Senior Manager of Finance (Digital Infrastructure)

Join Crusoe's Finance team as a Senior Manager of Finance (Digital Infrastructure). In this high-visibility role, you will lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionality, focusing on large-scale data center development, capital-intensive project finance, and high-growth corporate strategy. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in infrastructure development projects and a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.

• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionality, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement for the digital infrastructure business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational complexity into financial clarity, identifying trends, surfacing risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance, intellectual rigor, and professional growth within the finance team.

• Track record of driving process improvements and enhancing reporting accuracy
• Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses and performance measurement across complex, capital-intensive businesses
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A within digital infrastructure, data centers, or real estate development - or 4+ years of investment banking / PE / LevFin / Project Finance with a focus on real estate
• Familiarity with project finance structures, construction draws, or infrastructure debt
• Real estate financial modeling background
• Prior experience supporting capital raises, capital structuring
