Senior Operations Accountant

Join Crusoe Energy, a leading company in the AI infrastructure and real estate development sector. As a Senior Operations Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the accounting operations of our data center development projects and operating sites. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, reporting, and analysis tied to these projects, and will partner closely with operations, project management, and FP&A. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires a detail-oriented accountant with experience in real estate development, construction, and infrastructure.

• Posséder les activités de clôture assignées pour les entités de développement et d'exploitation — écritures de journal, provisions, allocations inter-entreprises et rapprochements de bilan — en respectant les délais de clôture avec la documentation de soutien.
• Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels au niveau du projet et du site, y compris les dépenses par rapport au budget, les transferts de coûts capitalisés et les indicateurs clés de performance pour les actifs d'infrastructure d'IA.
• Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly preferred
• Experience: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with meaningful exposure to real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or data center operations; public/private mix preferred. Strong working knowledge of CIP accounting, fixed assets, and ASC 842
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus
• Proven ability to own a work stream end-to-end with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining accounting treatment and variances to development, construction, and operations partners
• Strong systems and process orientation — comfort with large ERP environments (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar), advanced Excel, and project-cost tracking tools
