Head of EMEA Partnerships
Crusoe Energy Systems · Ireland
About The Role
Join Crusoe, a leading AI infrastructure company, as the Head of EMEA Partnerships. In this high-impact role, you will drive regional go-to-market acceleration, activate a high-velocity ecosystem of startups and partners, and collaborate with the sales team to execute joint initiatives. You will also provide local feedback to refine global frameworks and playbooks, identify and certify regional partners, and track ecosystem growth and revenue impact. This position offers comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) matching program, and resources for mental wellness.
- Adapt and execute global "sell-with" and "sell-through" playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings specifically tailored for the EMEA market.
- Build and lead a high-velocity acquisition engine to help AI-native companies in key regional hubs access Crusoe’s high-performance infrastructure.
- Collaborate daily with the Sales team to map partner portfolios into active target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
- We are seeking a metric-driven strategist who can distinguish high-signal opportunities from noise and move fast to capture them.
- GTM Proficiency: Deep fluency in "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions with the ability to turn complex strategies into repeatable, scalable plays
- Extensive Partnerships Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in partnership, ecosystem, or GTM execution roles, specifically within the cloud infrastructure or AI/ML space
- Foundational Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
- Strategic Prioritization: Strong instincts for identifying high-signal opportunities in a rapidly evolving technological landscape
- Revenue-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in building startup or channel programs that resulted in measurable pipeline growth and bookings, not just activity
- Builder Mentality: The ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous, "build-from-scratch" environments without waiting for centralized instructions
- Collaborative Communication: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams across different time zones
- EMEA Market Expertise: Proven track record of navigating business cultures and partner ecosystems across Europe and the Middle East to deliver revenue
- Technical AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, and inference processes
- GPU Ecosystem Insights: Direct experience working with the ecosystem of companies building on high-performance GPU infrastructure
- Advanced Regional Networks: Established relationships within the venture capital or startup accelerator communities in London, Paris, or Tel-Aviv
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus for navigating diverse regional markets
